Pick From List doesn't list all data in a column due to data in separate blocks.

Cause:

This problem occurs because data entries are in different blocks. Data entries are considered to be in the same block when there are no blank rows or columns in between.

Solution:

Delete blank rows and/or columns between data entries.

To delete a blank row or column:
SHORTCUT: Click reference for the column or row to be deleted. Click on the right mouse button and select 'Delete' from the shortcut menu.
NOTE: To delete multiple columns or rows, select the desired number of rows or columns on the worksheet and follow steps 2) through 4) above.
